This November, I'll be hiking as part of the Wheels of Love bike ride in southern Israel - four incredible days of hiking through the breathtaking Negev Desert. But I'm not doing it just for the exercise.

I'm hiking to support ALYN Hospital, Israel's only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation center - a truly unique place where children with disabilities, severe injuries, and complex medical conditions get the treatment, therapies, and support they need to reach their fullest potential. I have supported this amazing hospital for many years, but I am fimally putting my feet on the ground to raise needed funds for the hospital to continue its life-changing efforts for disbaled children
