This November, I'll be riding in the Wheels of Love bike ride in southern Israel — four days of cycling through the Negev Desert. But this ride means something personal to me.

A few years ago, my 8-year-old nephew was treated at ALYN Hospital after a complex arm injury. He arrived unable to move his arm at all. I watched, week by week, as ALYN's team worked with him — and he left with a fully functional hand. Seeing that recovery up close showed me exactly what this hospital does for children every single day.

ALYN is Israel's only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation hospital, treating children with disabilities, severe injuries, and complex medical conditions — giving them the therapy and support to reach their fullest potential.
