It's not every day that you get to do what you're passionate about to make a difference in the world. I love the land of Israel. I love hiking. And I love embracing new challenges, especially if that? means taking on something I've never done before.

All of this comes together on June 25-26, when I take on the challenging ALYN Desert Night Hike in support of ALYN Children's Hospital, Israel's only hospital dedicated entirely to the rehabilitation of children with physical disabilities.

This overnight hike will take me through Israel's moonlit Negev Desert, traversing steep ascents and descents across mountains and canyons, and arriving at the finish just as the sun rises.

However this hike might challenge me physically, it doesn't compare to the obstacles the children at ALYN face every day. Some of these children work hard just to stand, to walk, to gain independence, to do the things that most of us take for granted.

And that's while I'll be hiking through Israel's Negev Desert on the night of June 25-26. By? supporting ALYN through my hike, you will be helping the children of ALYN rise to their challenges and overcome their obstacles.

Your support will directly help provide life-changing care and rehabilitation for the children who need it most, children from all over Israel and from abroad, regardless of race, religion or nationality.?

For me, this will be an interesting hike, a new challenge, a fun experience. But for the children of ALYN, with your support, this will be life-changing. I ask you to give generously.
