During the first week of November, as I have done many times in the past. I'll be riding in the Wheels of Love bike ride in northern Israel. The goal is to join the group on a one-day ride up the Hermon Mountain – 105 km and over 2000 meters in climb! I have ridden up the Hermon 4 or 5 times before, but it would be an amazing achievement to ride only a few months after my Stem Cell Transplant!

I'm riding to support ALYN Hospital, Israel's only pediatric and adolescent rehabilitation center - a truly unique place where children with disabilities, severe injuries, and complex medical conditions get the treatment, therapies, and support they need to reach their fullest potential. I am riding as a bracha from my health, as the health of all my friends and family. Achieving my goal of riding up the Hermon will be a result of serious training and pushing myself – all things that will improve my own immune system and hopefully help put my disease into complete remission!
