The Swift and The Bold

he Swift and the Bold is not just a name—it’s a team of incredible young riders who embody the spirit of ALYN Hospital and the heart of the Wheels of Love ride.

Each of these children has undergone treatment at ALYN, and many first got on a bike as part of their physical rehabilitation. Today, they ride—some on tandem bikes with devoted volunteers, others on adaptive hand bikes, and some riding independently with strength they never thought possible.

This year, for the first time, every riding group will have the opportunity to ride alongside these inspiring children.

There are few moments more powerful than seeing a child who once struggled to walk now pedaling with pride, determination, and joy.
They are the reason we ride—and the clearest reminder of what Wheels of Love is truly about.
