Benjamin & Gabriel Ride for the Children of ALYN – Wheels of Love 2025
This November, Gabriel and I will take on an unforgettable challenge together: riding the Wheels of Love 2025, a four-day cycling journey across the breathtaking landscapes of northern Israel.
For me, this will be my sixth time riding. For Gabriel, it’s his very first ride. And while the route will be physically demanding, our motivation couldn’t be stronger: we’re riding for the incredible children of ALYN Hospital in Jerusalem—Israel’s only pediatric rehabilitation center.
We’ll be joining hundreds of cyclists from around the world, all united in one mission: to raise critical funds so that ALYN can continue providing life-changing care to children with physical disabilities—regardless of race, religion, or nationality.
This year’s ride is dedicated to the memory of Yakir Hexter z”l, a devoted ALYN supporter who was tragically killed while defending Israel. Yakir and his father had planned to ride together this year. We will be riding in his honor, continuing the legacy of love and courage he embodied.
ALYN’s work has only become more essential in the wake of the war. Thousands of children, some wounded, others coping with complex disabilities, are now in even greater need of care and support. The dedicated team at ALYN continues to serve these children with unwavering compassion and expertise—even in the toughest of times.
But they can’t do it alone.
We need your help.

בנימין וגבריאל רוכבים למען ילדי אלי”ן – Wheels of Love 2025
בנובמבר הקרוב, גבריאל ואני נצא יחד לאתגר בלתי נשכח: רכיבה ב-Wheels of Love 2025 – מסע אופניים של ארבעה ימים בין הנופים עוצרי הנשימה של צפון ישראל.
עבורי, זו תהיה הפעם השישית שאני משתתף ברכיבה. עבור גבריאל, זו הפעם הראשונה. למרות שהמסלול יהיה מאתגר פיזית, המוטיבציה שלנו חזקה מתמיד: אנחנו רוכבים למען הילדים המדהימים של בית החולים אלי”ן בירושלים – מרכז השיקום הפדיאטרי היחיד מסוגו בישראל.
נרכב יחד עם מאות רוכבים מהארץ ומהעולם, כולנו מאוחדים במשימה אחת: לגייס תרומות חיוניות שיאפשרו לאלי”ן להמשיך להעניק טיפול משנה חיים לילדים עם מוגבלויות פיזיות – ללא קשר לדת, גזע או לאום.
הרכיבה השנה מוקדשת לזכרו של יקיר הקסטר ז”ל, תומך ותיק של אלי”ן, שנפל בטרם עת בעת שהגן על ישראל. יקיר ואביו תכננו לרכב יחד השנה. אנחנו נרכב לכבודו, ונמשיך את מורשת האהבה והאומץ שהוא ייצג.
בעקבות המלחמה, עבודת הצוות באלי”ן הפכה קריטית מתמיד. אלפי ילדים – חלקם פצועים, אחרים מתמודדים עם אתגרים רפואיים מורכבים – זקוקים לטיפול, תמיכה ותקווה. הצוות המסור של אלי”ן ממשיך לטפל בכל ילד במסירות אין-סופית, גם בזמנים הקשים ביותר.
אבל הם לא יכולים לעשות את זה לבד.
